“All are chocolates. I’m going to give them to my clients today,” she said, and then left.

今年の正月に姪に会ったとき、あのチョコレートが役立ったのかを聞きました。
When I met her on the New Year holiday this year, I asked her if the chocolates were useful.

彼女は「ばっちりよ。チョコのおかげで３人のお客さんを紹介してもらったわ。今年はもっと買うわ」と言いました。
She said: “Yes, very much. Thanks to the chocolates, I was introduced to three new clients. This year, I will buy them more.”

バレンタイン・デーは、女性が好きでもない男性にチョコレートを贈り、男性を利用するイベントになったようです。
Valentine’s Day seems to have become an event where women take advantage of men by giving chocolates to men they are not in love with.

ほしくもないチョコレートをもらい、ホワイト・デーにはお返しをあげなければならない男性にとって、バレンタイン・デーは「わずらわしい日」です。
For men who receive chocolates that they don’t want, and who are obligated to give a present in return on White Day, Valentine’s Day is an annoying day.
