したい、見たい、食べたい、寝たい、死にたい

All of these express a desire to perform the aforementioned action; I want to do, I want to see, I want to eat, I want to sleep, I want to die.

You can turn these verb forms negative by conjugating -tai as an ‘i’ adjective.

したくない、見たくない、食べたくない、寝たくない。

I don’t want to do, I don’t want to see, I don’t want to eat, I don’t want to sleep.

The above is the informal form. below are the formal forms
したくありません、見たくありません、食べたくありません、寝たくありません

These forms are all present tense (what you do or do not want to do right now)
