I can understand English well, but my skill to speak and write is so teribble… Maybe there are a lot of such Japanese people. How could we get a chance to use English?

私は英語をおおむね理解することはできるのですが、話す・書くとなるとそれはひどいものです…。おそらくそういう日本人は多いでしょう。どうすれば英語を使う機会を得られるのでしょうね？
